This is the home of the 5v5 players who are ready to make their mark in our brand new F5 League. Whether you’re here to compete, cheer on your team, or stay updated with the latest fixtures and results, you’re in the right place.💪
We even give you the opportunity to watch live matches and watch every played match back.
At ONDA F.C., we’re proud to host the 5v5 league on our new, freshly built pitch, NOU ONDA, designed for streetstyle, high-energy football. The ONDA F5 League is where passion meets performance, and every match is an opportunity to show off your skills and teamwork.

- Set-up
The F5 Friday Night League runs for 7 weeks, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, starting on November 1st, 2024. The scheduled match dates are as follows:
- Week 1: November 1, 2024
- Week 2: November 8, 2024
- Week 3: November 15, 2024
- Week 4: November 22, 2024
- Week 5: November 29, 2024
- Week 6: December 6, 2024
The season concludes with the F5 Copa, a mini-tournament held on December 13, 2024.
- 4 teams will be active during this F5 league
- Only team sign ups allowed
We allow a maximum of 8 registered players per team. There is a possibility to have a maximum 2 guest players on every league game,
- 6 games per team
- End of season mini tournament battling for the F5 Copa
- All games are 60 minutes
- 25 minutes per half
- 5 minutes break
All league games will be recorded and streamed on YouTube, allowing you to showcase your skills and review your tactics for improvement if needed. 😉
In Week 7 of the league, we will host a mini-tournament where all teams get a final chance to compete against each other. The winner of this End-Copa will receive an additional prize!
An aftermovie will be created to highlight the final Copa mini-tournament on the last day of the league.

We take care of the pitches, balls, materials & yellow & black bibs if needed for a team. Make sure you join a game in a sportswear with team color as agreed upon.
For all our artificial grass pitches we recommend turf shoes. Betero is good quality artificial grass so we recommend (multi)stud turf shoes.
Asegúrate de mantenerte hidratado, especialmente en condiciones de clima cálido. ¡Trae tu botella de agua! There is a possibility to refill your water bottle using the water provided by us.
- Reglas del juego
In the F5 league, we play with a size 4 ball and use walls. The ball is only out of play when it crosses over the wall.

Fair play is a very important during the ONDA F5 league. We are very strict on this and complaining to the referee or provocation towards other teams will be directly punished with a yellow card. Only the captain is allowed to comment, with respect, to the referee.
Yellow card = 2 minutes out
Durante el torneo jugamos sin tackles deslizantes. Se permiten tacleadas defensivas sin un oponente cerca. Pero las entradas deslizantes a un jugador que corre están prohibidas. Mantenlo seguro, el árbitro puede sacar tarjetas amarillas/rojas.
- Yellow 2 minutes out
- Red send-off
- 2x red card during a game for one team is 3-0 win for the other team
- Players can be suspended to play the league

- Players can be substituted at any time
- A maximum of 8 players registered to the team is allowed
- A maximum of 8 players can be brought to the match
- Adding 2 guest teammates is allowed
When the ball leaves the pitch on kick-ins from the white sidelines are taken.
During free kicks & corners, the opposing team has to be a minimum of 3 meter distance from the ball. All free kicks are direct. Unless goalie picks up a backpass.

- Can move anywhere on the field
- Can use hands within their own area
- Can slide tackle within their own area
- Can be substituted with the referee’s approval, when the ball is out of play
- Wears a different color than the players, a vest is also acceptable
