At ONDA F.C., we’re proud to host the 5v5 league on our new, freshly built pitch, NOU ONDA, designed for streetstyle, high-energy football. The ONDA F5 League is where passion meets performance, and every match is an opportunity to show off your skills and teamwork.

Dates & schedule

The F5 Friday Night League runs for 7 weeks, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, starting on November 1st, 2024. The scheduled match dates are as follows:

  • Week 1: November 1, 2024
  • Week 2: November 8, 2024
  • Week 3: November 15, 2024
  • Week 4: November 22, 2024
  • Week 5: November 29, 2024
  • Week 6: December 6, 2024

The season concludes with the F5 Copa, a mini-tournament held on December 13, 2024.

We allow a maximum of 8 registered players per team. There is a possibility to have a maximum 2 guest players on every league game,

Games recorded

All league games will be recorded and streamed on YouTube, allowing you to showcase your skills and review your tactics for improvement if needed. ๐Ÿ˜‰

End copa (mini tournament)

In Week 7 of the league, we will host a mini-tournament where all teams get a final chance to compete against each other. The winner of this End-Copa will receive an additional prize!

Copa aftermovie

An aftermovie will be created to highlight the final Copa mini-tournament on the last day of the league.

Sports outfit

We take care of the pitches, balls, materials & yellow & black bibs if needed for a team. Make sure you join a game in a sportswear with team color as agreed upon.

Footwear

For all our artificial grass pitches we recommend turf shoes. Betero is good quality artificial grass so we recommend (multi)stud turf shoes.

Bring your own water bottle!

Make sure you keep yourself hydrated especially in warm weather conditions. Bring your water bottle! There is a possibility to refill your water bottle using the water provided by us.

Gamestyle = Speed games

In the F5 league, we play with a size 4 ball and use walls. The ball is only out of play when it crosses over the wall.

The referees lead the game

The referees are in charge for the decision making during the tournament games

Complaining / provocation = yellow card

Fair play is a very important during the ONDA F5 league. We are very strict on this and complaining to the referee or provocation towards other teams will be directly punished with a yellow card.ย  Only the captain is allowed to comment, with respect, to the referee.

Yellow card = 2 minutes out

No slide tackles

During the tournament we play without slide tackles. Defensive slide tackles without a opponent closeby are allowed. But slide tackles on a running player are prohibited. Keep it safe the referee can draw yellow/red-cards.

  • 2x red card during a game for one team is 3-0 win for the other team
  • Players can be suspended to play the leagueย 
Handballs

direct free kick when the ball touches a players arm whether accidental or deliberate.

Unlimited subs
  • Players can be substituted at any time
  • A maximum of 8 players registered to the team is allowed
  • A maximum of 8ย players can be brought to the match
  • Adding 2 guest teammates is allowed
Kick-ins from sidelines

When the ball leaves the pitch onย  kick-ins from the white sidelines are taken.ย 

All free kicks direct, wall on 3m

During free kicks & corners,ย  the opposing team has to be a minimum of 3 meter distance from the ball. All free kicks are direct. Unless goalie picks up a backpass.

No extra time

We play without extra time. Timing is strict.

Goals from anywhere (except throw-ins)

Goals can be scored from everywhere on the pitch.

Keeper
  • Can move anywhere on the field
  • Can use hands within their own area
  • Can slide tackle within their own area
  • Can be substituted with the referee’s approval, when the ball is out of play
  • Wears a different color than the players, a vest is also acceptable

If teams from the same group in the group stage round seem to face each other again in the QF, then there will be a randomised draw of who will play against who and it will not be according to schedule.
